Mold Design and     Fabrication	The design and fabrication of the best possible mold for carrying out the molding process appropriate to the shape of the product serves as the very foundation of Clean Molding. One of Sekisui Chemical's chief strengths is the ability to carry out all phases of production from mold design and fabrication to molding of the plastic as an integrated process. Moreover, prior to mold fabrication, we can use modeling stereolithography to fabricate prototypes, making it possible to verify once again the general features of the molded part.
Molding and Forming	We can make available virtually any molding and forming technologies, including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, blown film extrusion, co-blown film extrusion, and co-cast film extrusion.
Processing	Advanced welding technologies, including high-frequency welding and ultrasonic welding, are available for use.
